Notes

The event is to commemorate the 60^th year of the school SMJK Heng Ee . The members of PIBG , the parents of the students ,teachers and students came to the celebration . The Uniform Club such as St John Ambulance , Kadet Remaja Sekolah , and etc were serving the people . On the other hand , the performance club such as the Dance Club , Chinese Orchestra Club and Wind Orchestra gave out their performance to the audience as the Interact Clubs helped to set up the sound control system for the performance and MCs .

Notes

This event starts with registration. All people who work in groups are divided. Some of our members are responsible for the registeration counter. The treasurer is responsible for collecting fees from each participant at a cost of RM25.00 while the organizing committee is responsible for providing the badge and certificate of the event to each participant. Furthermore, some interactors are responsible for welcoming the Rotarian.

Next is the welcoming speech by the Rotarian , Rotarian president, Pn.Ooi Hon Bu (Teacher advisor), Tneh Xuan (President 2015/2016), Yeap Chun Seang (Chairman of the Organizing Committee). Then the handing over ceremony where the previous committee would pass their badge to the next generation committee and conducted with a brief IU presentation besed by the Classic ShangHai theme presented by IU Director (Millie Tan Chia Hui and Tang Wei Qi). The participants were impressed by their fluency.
We have invited our School Choir Club, Wind Orchestra Club, Harmonica Bands, Drama Clubs, Dance Clubs, Girl Guides, Scouts, Sports and so on. Afterwards, the participants were given a break at 2:10 pm at the school canteen to enjoy lunch. A presentation table is presented by our school. After 30 minutes, they are divided into several groups for game sessions. Participants enjoyed all the games.

Before the activity was ended, we had a prize presentation ceremony. The Girl Guides Association won our Best Attendance Award and our school’s Dramatic Club won the Best Supporting Award. This activity ended at 5.00 pm.
